Rylander's Rumble in the Jungle

 

 

When: Saturday, April 1st 3:00-6:00pm

Where: Rylander Elementary - Staff Parking Lot, Gym, and Cafeteria

Who: The Whole Family and Friends!  This event is open to the public!

What: Rylander Rumble is the PTA's Spring Carnival, filled with inflatables, games, food trucks, a silent auction, class basket raffles and more! 

 

This is a fun, all ages event that is open to the public, so bring your whole family and feel free to invite some friends as well! 

 

Wristbands and Tickets

There is no entry fee at Rumble, but in order to participate in all of the fun and games, you will need to purchase wristbands and/or tickets.  The wristbands are sold online in advance and at the door for $25 each.  Wristbands allow unlimited access to all of the outdoor inflatables.  Tickets are 12 for $10 online in advance, or at the event for $1 each, and can be used for one-time access to inflatables (1-2 tickets each), certain food items sold by the PTA, the cake walk, and class basket raffles. Food trucks are cash/card only - no tickets will be accepted. Please visit www.rrepta.org/shop to buy wristbands or tickets in advance through Friday evening, March 31sr .  Online purchases will be picked up at the event.

 

Cake/Bake Walk

A favorite each year at Rumble is the classic Cake/Bake Walk!  We are asking our sweet parents at Rylander for donations of baked goods to be used for prizes at the event!  All donations need to be dropped off at school on Friday, March 31st.  Please see the link below to sign up and for more details. https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10c094fafab2aa1f9c34-rumble?useFullSite=true#/

Volunteers

It takes dozens of volunteers to make Rumble the huge success that it is and we could really use your help with set-up the morning of Rumble and during the event itself.  Please consider donating an hour or more while your children play and have fun to help out.  Please fill out the Sign Up Genius below if you are able to help. Silent Auction

There are over 70 items that have been graciously donated for our Silent Auction!  From restaurant gift certificates to local favorites, jewelry, special events with Rylander teachers and staff - everyone is sure to find something they would like to bid on! Class Basket Raffle

Earlier in the year, many of you donated themed items for your class baskets - well now is the time to try and win one of the fabulous baskets!  All baskets will be on display and raffled off at the Rumble event.  You will get to choose which baskets you want to place your tickets in for a chance to win!  You do not have to be present to win the class basket raffles. 

 

We have such an incredible event planned for the Rylander community!  We hope to see you all there!
